Matthew was an exceptional electrician. He arrived early for the appointment and was thorough and solved my electrical problem. We had service yesterday for an emergency type plumbing issue. The entire process was handled with the upmost professionalism and personal attention to service. From the person handling the phone call, who personified good customer service. To Scott and his teammate, who conducted themselves as true professionals and also personal service to the level that obtained my trust.

Buck and his service partner were so friendly and helpful! In addition to performing my semi-annual HVAC inspection and maintenance, Buck provided assistance with my thermostat and the automated settings which I had been unable to resolve on my own. I wrote a review on Corley a month ago when they had done what I thought was a good job replacing our water heater. A few months later when a leak appeared, I called Customer service and they were not friendly or helpful at first. SoI called and asked for a supervisor and got Margo, a manager, and she acted professionally and said they would send someone out to help since they had sold us a top of the line water heater and it should not be showing issues a few months later. Except when it actually came time to fix it, they accepted no responsibility and said it wasn’t their fault even though it didn’t leak until AFTER they sold us the most expensive unit they could and charged us more than any other quote we got (the original issue was on a weekend and I suspect they knew we were a captive customer). So as promised in my last review, this is my follow up. We used them because they had helped us in the past but apparently they don’t have the same standards anymore and only care about up-selling and moving on to a new customer. I will NOT be using them again. I called another service out and they said the leak was almost certainly due to the work Corley had done (it was leaking at a connection point between the new heater and our older piping).
I RECENTLY WAS DIRECTED TO CORLEY PLUMBING FOR HOT WATER HEATER FAILER AND WAS EXPECTING A HOUSE FULL OF PEOPLE. I HAD INQUIRED ABOUT REPLACING THE UNIT WITH A NEW ON DEMAND HEATER LIKE THEY USE ALL OVER EUROPE. $5000 BECAUSE WE NEEDEDE A NEW ELECTRIC PANEL. SAME PRICE IF WE WENT WITH GAS. SO THE NEXT CHEAPEST OPTION WAS A COMMERCIAL GRADE WATER HEATER AT $1800. mY DAD HAD A RESIDENTIAL UNIT INSTALLED LAST YEAR IN fLORIDA FOR $1000. i GUESS i REALLY NEEDED THAT COMMERCIAL UNIT. ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAD A HOUSE FULL OF PEOPLE COMING AND THAT WAS THE PRICE. WE HAD ASKED TO GET THE LINE PRESSURE CHECHKED. WAS TOLDED THAT WE COULD GET OUR TOILET GUTS FIXED FOR $300 ($25 KIT) INSTEAD. NEIGHBOR CHECKED THE PRESSURE WITH GUAGE THE NEXT DAY. WAS 150. vOIDED WARRANTY. $1800 SHOT OUT THE WINDOW! TECHNICIAN BLAMES THE CHANGE IN WATER PRESSURE ON THE EXPANSION BALLOON ON THE WATER HEATER. tHE EXPANSION BALLOON? AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE SUPERVISOR (EVERYBODY IS VERY POLITE) TECHNICIAN CAME BACK OUT, ASKED FOR $550-$650 FOR THE HOUR IT WOULD TAKE TO REPLACE THE VALVE, WHETHER THEY USED MINE OR THEIRS. NOW I UNDERSTAND EVERYONE NEEDS TO MAKE MONEY. EVERYONE DESERVES TO BE PAID. PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE. HONEST WAGE FOR HONEST WORK AND ALL OF THAT. $550 / HOUR ?

I was not happy with the way my visit was delayed nor the staff that addressed my problem with the problem.
Once the service got here the work was done to my satifaction. Some one needs to be more undarstanding to the need to be on time and clearly explain the schedule for servive to the customer.
We have been dealing with Corley for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with the service, technicians, or the work that was done. The technicians have always been friendly, courteous, and professional. Jervoris was no exception! He is a very kind, hard working young man. He came to perform a yearly service on our HVAC system that was installed a year ago. After checking over everything, he found a large amount of leaves inside the cover of our air conditioning unit. He suggested a cover for that unit. He called, found that there was a cover available in the warehouse, went back to get it, came back to our house, cleaned out the wet leaves, and installed the cover that same day. We feel that the Corley technicians, and especially Jervoris, have taken excellent care of us!! We highly recommend Corley services.
Al & Angel did an outstanding job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I received constant updates before they arrived and a picture of who would be performing the service. I would recommend Corley for all of your plumbing needs!
