When will I be contacted about my yearly check?

We will contact you within the first three months of signing up for the program and then annually every year after that. You will be contacted by a phone call or a reminder card.

What are the terms of the agreement?

  • You agree to maintain your agreement for a minimum of 12 months
  • Monthly debit of your account or you can pay for the full year. No worries about sending in payments each month.
  • If you should decide to cancel the agreement after your 12 months, just send us an email to or mail us a letter requesting it be canceled.

Is this service agreement transferable to my new house?

Yes, transfer your agreement to your new home or to the buyer of the house you are selling.

Will my service agreement cover a rental property, vacation home, multiple residences?

Yes, for an additional charge, we will cover as many residences as you desire.

When will my payment be debited from my account?

Your first payment will occur on the 5th or the 20th of the month depending on the option you select. That is when future payments will be charged.

Can you debit my payment directly from my bank account?

Yes, by providing us with a voided check.

What do I do if my bank account or credit card number changes?

Just contact us by phone and we will be glad to take your new information.

What is the delivery method, i.e. when I sign up and pay online does the plan start immediately? Is there another approval process? Am I paying for a month in advance? etc.

When signing up for a monthly Service Partner plan, your plan will be active after your first monthly payment is made. Your first payment will occur on the 5th or the 20th of the month, which is also when future payments will be charged. By selecting recurring monthly payments, you are paying for the month in advance (i.e. the 20th through the 19th of the next month). We would ask that you continue your plan for a minimum of 12 months. Your plan will continue automatically after 12 months unless you contact us to cancel.

If you selected the annual plan, your plan is active once your payment is processed after you have submitted your information. Your card will be charged when you submit your information. You are paying for the entire year of service. Your plan will automatically renew after 12 months unless you contact us to cancel.

What is the refund policy? Is there a money back guarantee? If I want a refund, what is the process and what are the requirements? How will the refund be handled? Will it be charged back to my credit card?

There are no refunds offered for a service partner plan.

What is the procedure to cancel my account?

If you need to cancel your monthly account at the end of 12 months, send an email to stating that you need to cancel your plan. Please include your name, address and reason for cancellation. You will receive an email from us when your cancellation is complete.
