Chad Sokol gets the 5 star review for his professional manner and technical skill. No offense to some of the other techs that came out...Chad just took better care of us than the others. Chad listened to what we had to say and did not just jump to a conclusion he based his diagnosis on how the system works and how it should actually work. 4 stars for the other guys. Overall Corley does a good job communicating with me as a customer and they are on time for the service calls. I would recommend Chad at Corley anytime for your HVAC issues.
Brandon and his apprentice were amazing. Prompt, courteous, efficient. They found my issue quickly and resolved it then checked other areas just to be sure. We have the platinum service plan so there was no service call fee and it was an quiet inexpensive fix. Yay! Corley to the rescue two weeks before my son’s wedding here! I’m over the moon pleased!
